We have many people in our life . It doesn't matter if you're 10 or 20 or even a 100 you know people but do you treat them in the same way ? Of course no because for you there is people who deserve your respect and some don't. There is some who earn your respect and others who obligate your respect . For the ones who earn it , it's a life time respect , you remember them for ever and in a good picture . They did something that made you love them and respect them , there was something special in them , they chose the right way to gain that respect . So you appreciate that they didn't force it on you . In the other hand there is the ones who force it on you , that kind of people you probably hate them because in my opinion they know they don't deserve it but still they need it . Many of them are those crapy teachers that you got in high school or middle school or something , I'm sure they treated you like shit , they punished you for every small mistake. Those people for me are people who feel that they are threaten by others less than them . They know that they can't have the control except if they're punishing and torturing ....
When a person has self-esteem and confidence in himself and knows that he's the right person for you to respect. When you meet it you don't just respect him you love him you like having him around. But when the person feels scared and not in the right place his first defense to make sure he gets that respect is to torture and be totally unfair, To be a nazzi . So you never respect him you just afraid that he'll do something to you so you pretend you respect him but in fact you're just hating him and have the desire to kill him .
But let me te you something you can always get rid of all those mean people . You just need to be patient and don't forget he needs to believe that you respect him so give him or her what he wants and wait because no matter how much time he or she will stay in your life , eventually they will be just a memory.
